Have been applied for an apartment here for over 2 months. They keep giving me the run around. Really bummed out... They have been saying any day I should be approved since mid November... Car camping in Colorado in December and January while I wait for them...

I loved living at the Lumien. It is without a doubt one of best communities in all of the Durango area. The amenities they offer cannot be found anywhere else in town. Free Wifi, in home washer/dryer and, pet friendly. The staff does a great job keeping the community clean and beautiful. also Caleb is Wonderful!

Beautiful building, nice apt. But some of the residents will just scare you away with the rude and nosey trashy nature. Elevators constantly breaking down. They can't get a hold of the light bulbs that are through the whole building. So your in the dark. And the lawn is horrible due to the last people who won't clean up after there pet's the grass is yellow due to dog piss. The kids are constantly yelling running up and down hallways and knocking and people's doors.
The only this I can say nice is that the office manager Caleb is wonderful. And is not paid enough to deal with what he is put through
