The landscaping has really gone downhill. There are weeds the size of large bushes/small trees. The office staff has changed quite a few times. The current one, is extremely hard to communicate with. Renewing my lease has never been difficult in the past, but for some reason extremely difficult this year.

I moved here in Jan 2020, I am still renting here and I love my apartment.
I appreciate the quick response from management when I voice a concern.
However, I lucked out on the price of my apartment, signed my lease when it was significantly more affordable.
Now they are asking too much for their apartments, and while it personally doesn’t affect me, it will effect a person trying to rent here in the future.
If I were looking at my apartment today, and they asked $1900 for it, I would walk back out.
It’s a nice place for the price I pay, but certainly not worth the price they are asking

We just moved in and everyone has been absolutely amazing! I love this whole community because it reminds me of my hometown. The grounds are beautiful, the views are gorgeous, and the apartments are so pretty!

We have since moved on to Rocket Pointe, and being here with all their “newness” was the selling point. As was the bigger kitchen. That being said.... we miss our home at Confluence! The neighborhood, the management, the cleanliness. You guys still are number one in our book!

We lived here for over two years and I feel compelled to share our experience for others. When we moved to Durango, there was a lack of rental inventory, even more specifically, rental inventory that allowed pets. We signed a lease on our apartment sight unseen and were generally very happy during our time there. The apartments are small, but nice and bright. We can't say enough about the maintenance crew here, they were responsive, friendly, always pleasant to have them visit for a repair or see them around the complex. Me and My family toured the Confluence at Three Springs Apartments and were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the community and apartments were. The office staff was amazing from the monument that we walked in the door. They took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and seem to care about the happiness of there tenants.
