Mike Condry has been in the business of developing properties since 1985. During that time he has developed over 3,300 units of affordable housing throughout California and Hawaii. Mr. Condry has also been a licensed building contractor since 1985 and under the name of Micon Builders has overseen the construction of our last four projects.
Services
Once a project is acquired, it is the responsibility of Valley Relocation Services, LLC to help the rehabilitation process run smoothly. If a permanent move is necessary, Valley Relocation Services, LLC will assist the tenant in locating new housing and provide financial assistance to the tenant for the move.
