The Central Valley Real Estate market has been actively churning in the past 15 years. Market trends in the central valley have seemed to change with the season as the housing prices seem to be attempting to find a state of equilibrium. As soon as supply catches up with demand, then demand seems to drop and cycle starts in a different direction.
Buying a bank owned home in Fresno or Clovis can usually save thousands of dollars. From 2007 to 2009 the Fresno Real Estate market was driven primarily by foreclosures.
