Our experience with Conrad Insurance has been nothing but positive. Not familiar with the agency, we called them out of the blue when shopping for rates. The customer service and value that they offer is great. Nikki was very responsive in understanding our needs and guiding us through our options. We ended up obtaining superior coverage for a considerable amount less cost than what we were previously paying.

I called Chuck because I had him as my agent till we moved away in 2009. After returning to the area we went to the old office in Media where we were told he’s no longer with them. Didn’t like the new people so I went to another agency. This year I decided to goggle to see if Chuck was around and found him. I called him and it was as if we never left, the same great customer service as before. His associate Nikki serviced our policies fast and efficiently. We signed within 24 hours. Shopped hard after got my renewal bill from previous insurer. Sent quote requests to all the lizzard's, annoying lady, etc. companies out there and got a bunch of 'me too' all within a couple of bucks of each other quotes; followed by many high pressure phone calls and e-mails. Then a miracle happened, I got a call that started with a low key introduction and then a question nobody else bothered to ask, " when it's convenient for you would you mind giving me a call and we'll see if we can help" Wow - respectful of both my time and my needs.
