Absolutely would not recommend this insurance provider.
Specifically explained the type of rental insurance I was looking for, was told that they absolutely cover it.
Every question I had they were unable to answer and had to ask their "colleague" and kept putting me on hold.
At the end of a 25 minute phone call, they asked for my credit card to make the purchase. I wanted to double check to make sure the insurance covers my request, and again he went to ask his "colleague", then came back to say oh no we don't cover this.
Almost paid for nothing and wasted 30+ minutes through someone that

I dealt with Connor today 10/15/2020. He was exceptionally polite, answering all of my questions. He got me the best quote on a newer vehicle that I bought for my gf. Ive been with state farm for almost 10 years now and would not use anyone else. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars then I would have. Ty for your help and patience.

I had the pleasure of working with Bryan Barley. He provided great service. He was crystal clear about all of my coverages so it was easy to understand the pricing and what I was paying for. I choose my providers based on my relationship with the individuals I deal with in that organization. Bryan will get it done. I followed a recommendation from a friend to this insurance agency and I'm really glad I did. I was looking for home owners insurance with good coverage and great rates and it was so affordable I ended up bundling my auto with them as well. They are very responsive to any coverage questions and knowledgeable about any scenario you can come up with (and I tried). I can't recommend them enough, honestly. Honest, friendly, and fair.
