While traveling in California from another state, I was in an auto accident. I hired an attorney after I got home. After a year, he had done nothing on my case, as far as I could tell. I never heard from him and he didn’t return my phone calls. So, I hired Jim at the Traut Firm. Eric Traut is the only attorney I recommend for an auto accident. He is professional and he is extremely knowledgeable about the law. I was fortunate to be introduced to him through a friend who was married to an attorney after I had an accident on the freeway as a passenger. His office is beautiful and we were able to get a settlement from the man who hit our vehicle. I will never attempt to handle medical bills from an insurance company due to an accident ever again. The insurance companies like to stall because they know if you don't file a lawsuit within two years after an accident
