Services
We truly believe every child's individualized education deserves individualized advocacy. To make this happen, we take great effort to accommodate every family's unique dynamics to ensure the most successful outcome possible for the student's education. As a Vietnamese immigrant, serving a diverse community is not a newly acquired interest for Tony.
We assist Students ages 3 to 22 in their special education provided by public school districts. Whether a Student is already eligible for special education or is seeking eligibility for services, we are here to lend a hand and guide them through it. Parents and Guardians know their children best. Sometimes, they suspect complications in their Student's education, but they cannot get to the root of the problems.
Not every special education issue requires filing a complaint through a Request for Due Process Hearing, but when it does, we are ready. We thoroughly analyze school records and share with you the appropriateness of your child's academic progress, educational placement and special education services.
Not only is Tony knowledgeable in his field, but passionate about it. He helped us get my son the help he needed in a timely manner. Tony informed us of our rights and went out of his way to keep us updated throughout the process. Tony was extremely pleasant to work with. He always had a positive attitude even when it was tough to do so.

Let me start by saying I have been a school board member for 8 years and thought I was on top of my sons IEP-turns out I wasn't. I called Tony frantic and upset, his soft tone and demeanor helped calm me down and get to the bottom of everything. Tony worked non stop for my child-keeping me in the loop the entire way. His knowledge on sped laws is remarkable. His way of handling my sons case was amazing and his willingness to keep working for him is so appreciated. My son had major flaws in his IEP (and I'm sure if you are reading this you suspect the same) but here I was thinking "
