Alouf Aesthetic Dentistry offers comprehensive dental care, including general dentistry and more advanced services, to help patients achieve optimal dental health, the first step to overall health. Our practice is proud to call Salem, Virginia, home. We welcome patients from the Roanoke Valley and beyond, and we provide Spanish language services to those who require them in an effort to deliver the very best care possible.
Dr. Stephen Alouf earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and completed dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Roanoke Valley Dental Society (past president).
Through the years our team has donated many hours volunteering with the Virginia Dental Association Foundation Mission of Mercy project. The Mission of Mercy (MOM) projects are conducted in identified, underserved areas of the state where there are not enough dental practitioners to adequately address the oral health needs.

Waterlase dentistry combines laser energy with a spray of water to perform a variety of dental procedures more comfortably. It can cut teeth, bone and gum tissue and can also do things that can't be accomplished with traditional dental tools such as the drill and scalpel.
