Single Family Homes - As a co-owner of Yellowstone Construction, Ltd. Co. we built and sold over 30 homes in Willow Creek Subdivision, Laurel, Billings and the surrounding areas. Townhouse/Condominium Development - Came up with the concept, worked on a team that planned, designed, built and sold the Cherry Creek Townhomes (48 units) in west Billings bordered by King Ave.
We are the closest major city and distribution center to the Williston Basin (Bakken formation) which covers Central and Western North Dakota, South East Saskatchewan, Canada, the North West Corner of South Dakota and North East Montana. The Bakken formation with the use of horizontal drilling technology and hydraulic fracturing (fracking) has made huge oil and gas deposits accessible for extraction.
