DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY RENTED OUR HOUSE OUT TO SOMEONE BEFORE WE WERE EVEN MOVED OUT. First of all they have there snot nosed kid in office everyday not professional at all. Had muiltiple problems with the house we were renting including the pipes freezing and we were stuck with no water for over a week. i would reccomend rainbow property management over these guys and that says allot stay away from them as a renter and as a home buyer looking to rent out i would choose someone else they will let your house disintegrate and not take care of it

We moved in about about 2 years ago the place was nasty and definitely NOT ready for move in. Little things still needed to be done and they had 2 weeks before we officially moved in and nothing got done. when we moved out we Never saw a cent of our 1600 deposit which was strange considering how the place was when we moved in. there were new tenants moved in not even a week later. I would say stay away from these ppl. They do what ever it takes for themselves the customer doesn’t matter.

I have rented from this company for many many years and they have treated me like a human and with respect, more than any other property management ever has. These bad reviews make no sense to me. They have always been helpful and fast acting when I have needed things fixed. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I just moved into this house in Billings from across the country. I've had a horrible experience. All the sinks were leaking and already had bowls under the sinks, the AC and heat weren't working, the house was musty, there was mold everywhere, signs of water damage in the basement ceiling, we didn't receive the key for the back door, the windows are dryrotted, they never answer their phone, the concrete foundation is falling apart and they were wanting to charge $1,100 a month. We walked in to get a refund and told them about the bad reviews we read online and they responded "which website? Because

I would not recommend doing business with asset management "professionals." I had a terrible experience that I would not wish on anyone. It took me two months to receive my deposit, no one answers the phone, and if you do talk to someone they say just enough to get you off the phone and don't do what they say. But if you leave your garage door open best believe you'll be able to talk to management. I wont even begin to describe my living experience. Good luck to anyone looking to rent from this company.
