They begin surgery on my dog w/o letting me know, came out got my dog from the lobby asking to get her height and weight and told me they’ll be right back to get me for all procedures they never return with her or to get me, never gave common courtesy to let me know they were beginning her surgery, never asked me to step in the surgery room to be apart! I would’ve been asking questions and I would’ve made sure they checked her levels before cutting her open. The doctor was initially running late so when he arrived I feel he just took my dog and began! He cut her open seen the pups weren’t

Got ofa hips/elbows and pennhip done here last week. I really liked the staff. Dr. Waits was very knowledgeable and informative. Positioning was great. X-rays were clear. The price was the cheapest I have heard of in my state for ofa and pennhip. Im very pleased with the service I received here and will be returning in the future!

Dr. Waits lives and breaths for our communities’ animals, and you can tell that he makes it’s his daily goal to love every single animal that he comes into contact with. His heart is so big and I am thankful/proud that I can call him my loved ones’ doctor. As much as he deals with everyday, he never complains. Additionally, I can promise that
