Me and my wife lived in their 2br 1.5 bath two-story Townhome for 2 years. Surprisingly, the rent never increased as long as we renewed our lease for one-year which you can't say about most places. For those two years we had great neighbors and never had any issues living there. My family and I lived at Town House Plaza for the last 6 years.

I lived here for 13-1/2 years and I have nothing but the highest praise for management. They were unfailingly courteous and any time there was any problem with anything they had somebody in to fix it the next day if they had the parts on hand, and if they had to order something they kept me fully informed about what was being ordered and when it might arrive. When I felt that the blinds were getting old and a little difficult to open and close, they installed a full set of blinds, no questions asked. When the fridge started making a noise, I got a new fridge. Hot water was out one time, for less

I've been a resident here for the past 3 years and I have really enjoyed my experience! If you choose to live in one of the units that has 3 bedrooms/2.5 bath, they are very spacious and have an in-unit washer/dryer. They also have a dishwasher as well. The back patios are pretty spacious as well so you can have tables and chairs set up or even a potted garden. There is a pool and a gym in the apartment complex (currently closed during COVID, but its still nice that we even have those facilities on site). The neighborhood itself if pretty quite and we've had good luck with neighbors.

I've been here since July 2019. They gave me a little welcome basket with cleaning supplies when I moved in, which I thought was a very nice touch. Office staff has been responsive to all my emails. The place is quiet, safe, and clean. Neighbors seem friendly and say hello. I haven't had to do any maintenance orders so can't speak to that. One con I can think of is that there isn't much guest parking but my friends have been able to park on the streets without any issues.

We absolutely love town house plaza apartments! The staff is absolutely incredible!! Anytime we had a problem with the townhouse maintenance was always there! Stacy and Lizette are so precious and loving, and I'm so grateful for all the kindness they've ever shown us! The townhouse itself is so spacious, and was well taken care of. We would give this place 10+ stars if we could

If I could give zero stars I would. Did not even live here for a second and glad I did not. Stacy and management made it nearly impossible for another pharmacy student and I to rent from them. Planned to have our parents cosign, but they did not "qualify" as they required one parent from each household to currently earn $90k a year. They did not allow a household to make $90k combined as a requirement. So you're telling me that everyone that is renting has one individual making $90k?! That seems very unlikely to me. We really liked the complex and the set up of the townhouses, but

This is one of the worst establishments I have ever encountered. Went to view an apartment on Saturday (well within business hours) and the girl didn't show up until two hours later. Didn't say sorry, nothing. I applied for the apartment and didn't get it (totally fine) BUT they didn't refund my holding deposit and are claiming that they don't need to. Now I have to PAY to refund my own money. This place is a scam, terrible management, and I'm getting attorneys involved.

If you're going to post an "open house" perhaps you should answer the phone and let people know what time the open house is. Also, learn to return peoples phone calls when they leave you messages; otherwise, don't post that you have a place for rent.
I guess it's a good thing they didn't answer the phone because I'd hate to live at a place that can't even return a phone call. I'd hate to see what happens if I needed something fixed.

I didn't even have to live here to write a review. We went in loving the place, totally stoked, until we met the manager. She made everything so difficult, and their corporate offices are absolute tools. The credit check and application is by far the most invasive thing I've ever filled out and agreed to in my life.
Why do you need six pages? Why do you need to know who holds the loan on my vehicle *and* how much I pay monthly? And why are you digging things up from several years ago? Due to being a full time student, I have a sizeable savings account, and long term investments. But

I have to say I have been living here for almost a year now and I truly love it! Its a nice quiet area for any age group. I have noticed a lot of older couples that live here and have been living here for quite a while, which is a good thing right?
the outside of the apartments look nothing like the inside! Very nice apartment. the apartment complex has a pool that is usually locked. Having a pool is good because it's mostly hot in this area during the spring summer and fall since ive been here.
I don't really hear a lot of kids around the area but then again I am mostly here on the

I have to agree with Debora for the most part about this place. As long as you don't have kids this place is fine, there really is not a lot of car break ins though. I think there was a short period of time in the past. They also remodeled a bunch of the rooms, but they also charge more for the upgraded unis.

Pros: Great location, easy freeway access, close to grocery stores, has W/D hookup in some units, 2 parking spaces (1 covered/1 uncovered), lots of closet space, units are roomy, grounds are well kept, 2 swimming pools; residents range from professional to elderly retired to very ghetto and property staff is quick to respond if something breaks. Overall, the units are very nice for older apartments/townhomes.
Cons: Not a good place if you're single, do not have kids or if you work from home; there is no playground on site so kids are running around unattended screaming and riding scooters
