What is with this place? You need to schedule an appointment in advanced but nobody ever picks up the phone or returns a call? How is this acceptable? This is a real shame because I had a good experience a year ago and it was not like this. I have called for weeks to redeem a gift certificate and nobody has gotten back to me. At this point, the certificate is expired. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund but I will never even bother with this place ever again. And I recommend whoever is reading this to do the same. Don’t waste your time on this business, you will not be satisfied.

Lets start at the fact that I canceled my appointment(had to leave cc on file to make appt). Then they randomly booked me another appt. without my authorization. They sent the comfirmation to my school email which I don't use while not in school. So then my appointment comes along without me even knowing and they charge my card with a $60 no show fee. These people are straight crooks. I would never recommend this place to anyone. AND when I tried to call they never even called me back to explain themselves or give me back the money they stole from my account.

I have contacted this place since making my purchase for massages since last year! Not once and I mean once have they cared to even return my call to schedule an appointment. Unprofessional no common business courtesy or customer service!! As a business owner Myself this establishment is pathetic to say the least!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Michelle is a truly gifted masseuse. I have degenerative spine disease and work out hard to stay functional, but this means I live with a lot of pain. Regular massage from this amazingly skillful and knowledgeable woman has changed everything-- far less pain, need less medicine, I sleep far better. She is amazing.

Michelle had genuine healing hands. I get massages frequently. She is the real deal. I feel blessed and grateful that I found her. I had my massage yesterday and feel like I haven’t felt in 20 years. What a gift to the Earth this woman is. I can not wait for my next massage which I scheduled before I left. First time in my 30 years of getting massages I ever did that. Speaks volumes.

Been calling for a month and still have no answer. I bought a massage from Groupon and it expires in the next 2 weeks and still no one answers the phone. I call everyday about 7 times a day.. every hour or even twice every hour. If I lose out on my money because they don’t answer the phones then they should refund my money

Sharing my experience today in case anyone else thinks to book a massage at kneading to heal on pennsylvania Ave in wilmington, DE
Received a groupon for kneading to heal to book a 1 hour massage and relieve some major stress. I saw they had a few openings this afternoon so I called to confirm.
The person who answered the phone did not sound very pleasant but did confirm that there was a 2:30 opening and she took my information and confirmed she saw the groupon purchased.
She then asked for my credit card in case I didnt show up.
I told her I was curious as to why she would need a card in case

Everything about this experience was wonderful and easy from start to finish! I purchased a Groupon and contacted the center to schedule. I was engaged with by a professional and thorough gentleman named Eric who also was my therapist! The massage itself was the best one ever. I have tried a few places in my area and Kneading to Heel was the best. The room and bed were neat and clean, and the aroma therapy added to the ambiance. Very relaxing, I slept like a baby afterward!

They were at L.A. Fitneds giving out free chair massages. I came in and stood there no one said a word. I sat down to wait at a table she finally comes over and gives my husband a paper to fill out and ignores me. My husband finally asks if I need to fill out a paper she says "yeah I guess". During this exchange a very smelly very homeless man came in and she immediately gave him a paper. I was sitting there with my completed paper and they ignored me again and sat the homeless man right down. At this point I ripped my paper in half and walked out. If this is the kind of customer service

When I walked in I was a little nervous about getting a massage. However, my girlfriend gave me A gift to get a massage here for my College graduation. So I wanted to follow through. Jay was awesome. He was professional and mindful of the pain that I go through with osteoarthritis. Great place I strongly recommend it. Oh - and the bathroom was very very clean
