I had a couples massage (2 clients, 2 RMTs) booked 6 months in advance for the morning of an event. Appointment was confirmed & good to go until 5am day-of, when one RMT cancelled & appointment no longer showed as booked. Customer service was unhelpful. 1 RMT arrived and worked on both of us, which took twice as long as scheduled & was not the experience we paid for.

I had purchased a gift certificate for my mother in Kamloops for someone to provide a massage for her. Having tried several times to book an appointment for her, unsuccessfully, i bought her something else. I… tried several times to talk / email the office with no response whatsoever. I then decided to book myself in for a massage instead. When I finally got an appointment, the therapist came to my home, but immediately stated that he did not bring all the required equipment and back to square one. Again. He suggested I call back again to reschedule. I will never recommend this place and

Very disappointed....tried to book 4 mobile massages this past weekend in Niagara falls. Of course when I contacted Massage Club prior to booking they responded. As soon as I booked their services, 0 responses… from them via email and no one answering calls. For 2 days my appointments went from booked, to unconfirmed, to canceled. And I have yet to receive a refund or contact from this company. Don't book with this company yall.

When I registered with Massage Club back in December it was because they advertised that they serve the Ottawa regions. I booked around the last week of December and tried many other dates afterwards and have… yet to get a massage that was paid in advance. If they truly do operate in this region, I would suggest they post an appointment calendar on their site with availability that we can choose.
