They have the nerve to raise rent on a new lease after not having access to amenities for a year because of COVID. The patch work in the apartments is subpar at best, not due to workmen-ship, probably because it's old. I have a real fear I'm going to come home one day and all my kids stuff will be covered in water in some sort of a crazy, REALITY CHECK burst pipe scenario. Also I have to take our clothes to the washateria because the washers and dryers are constantly breaking. I used them for three months and in that three months wasted around 30 dollars in broken or messed up machines

This is the absolute worst place to live during the summer. Stay away unless you wish to "live" inside an apartment with 80+F, This problem has persisted on and off throughout the entire summer (past 2-3 months) with multiple complaints to the main office.
It starts with a smile that they greet you with and a promise things will be fixed that day. The reality of this actual hell is the maintenance will either show up and either claim the AC is under/over charged and he adjusted it and states that it will cool down, do not show up till 3 days later with the same results, or b not show
