Do not move here. They claim an Olympic size pool, total lie. It is NOT. None of the pumps and filters work so most of the time it's green and unusable, like now. When it is there are so many kids in it peeing in it it goes green in 2 days. Disgusting. They refuse to enforce the rules, therefore there are herds of visiting people wrecking this pool. The noise and music levels get so bad people call the police. This is not quiet as I hear them claim it is a quiet community as I see and hear them taking prospective new residents around and the management has done nothing to resolve these issues in

Do not move here. I moved out on my lease end date and 3 weeks later they say I owe back rent when I paid the prorated amount. They did not tell me about having to owe anything when I handed the keys into the property manager herself on the day my lease ended. Poor communication and they nickel and dime you when you move out. This places looks nice in the photos but the gate looks horrible and is always broken. Your car will get broken into. They will show you one unit with nice appliances and then when you move in you will have mis-matched and old looking appliances. The rent is way too expensive

I lived here for multiple years. I have been through multiple management changes. I just moved out 04/24. On 04/03 i made my last rent payment. On the resident portal it said i owed a whole month rent instead of the prorated amount for the 3 weeks that I actually was there in the month if April. I went in and talked to the manager Stephanie and she wrote down on a post it what my actual amount of my rent was and said thats the amount i owe at the prorated amount. So i paid that. Now over 3 weeks after i moved out they are saying that I owe an extra $255.00 for unpaid rent. I have explained to then

Resident of 3 years(currently paying 1143.50 for a one bed one bath) Moving into this apartment complex formally know as Skyhawk was a wonderful experience ex-management company was wonderful but recently in the past years a NEW COMPANY has taken over and things have gone south. Not only has my rent significantly increased every year. But they have Recently introduced new policies such as parking passes taking away from some of the things that made me move into this place in the first place. Can't beat covered parking in almost the entire complex. Big fan of the new valet trash service making my life easier by saving me time and a long walk to the dumpster. Front office staff is always nothing but professional along with maintenance staff knocking out service requests before I even get home from work. Great place to call home.
