So because my current homeowners policy was going to expire because of a late payment sent from my Mortgage Company, Eric at Taft Insurance was right on it. I told him who my car insurance was with and guess what? We got a great rate through them with a New Homeowner Policy! You have a question....they answer there phone & emails! To me that’s a Great Plus Sign in today’s world of I don’t care about the customer!! I’m glad Eric & Taft are representing my Insurance needs!

Great Staff/Service! - Back in August of 2020, Erik contact me about providing me a quote for homeowners, automobile and umbrella insurance. I got to know Erik because our sons play baseball together. Even though I was not shopping for new insurance, I decided to give Erik the opportunity. BOY...AM I GLAD I DID!!! Not only did I save money, Erik was responsive, kind and very helpful. He took the time to talk with me, provided numerous quotes and truly wanted me to be comfortable with my decision if I decided to change companies. I never had this kind of customer service with the insurance company
