We’ve worked with Jason going on 15 years. He’s responsive, explains things well and handles our concerns on a variety of policies for both our home and business. When a tree recently fell on our house (some of it going clear through the ceiling), he was totally on top of it, following up with us every step of the way without delay. We’re now knee deep into the homeowners claims process, which has also been stellar so far.

This agency has been top notch since I switched over a few years ago. My previous agent wasn’t much for customer service and my insurance rates kept going up without much reason.
