I used to like going here and also referred some people, but after today’s experience I won’t go back. I work nights and asked for an appt, stayed late to be able to go, I was there in time and when I arrived she was doing someone else’s hair, I stated that I had an appt and she just told me to go with someone else.. really?? There are hundreds of hair salons in west palm beach and I chose yours, there is no professionalism here, very bad business the way you treat your clients. She then proceeded to tell me “well, I go by appointments but if someone else shows up I’ll do them first”

I’m in love with this place, after going to different hair salons getting that grey white hair color, I never have the results that I want and also my hair was very damaged, coming in here I had the color and also my hair looks great and more healthier....also the gel nails are great this girls are amazing love them ❤️❤️

This is my third time coming here and my last. The owner does not know how to do hair. My hair came out looking grey. I am very disappointed and will never go there again. In addition, there always end up charging you at the end for credit card fees and product that you did not ask to be put in your hair. If you do not want to experience what I did please stay away from this salon and save your money. Lucky my hair will grow back and I will pay someone to fix it. You could not pay me to come here again. I will never referred any of my family or friends to come here. This salon is a joke.

I recommend this place 100% they are super friendly ad always taking care of you, pleasing you and making sure you have the best service the whole time you're there. The owner is sweet and even that I have my hair super damage she did a great job with my color, I have a lot complements all the time..My hair looks shine and smooth I'm in love with the color. Very Professional environment. I definitely will come back. thanks!!
