Carolyn A. Bedi, Esq. is from the Hampton Roads / Tidewater area. Originally from Chesapeake, VA, she has lived in Virginia for her entire life. Carolyn founded Bedi Legal P.C. in 2017. Ms. Bedi is admitted to practice law in the US Bankruptcy Court - Virginia Eastern Division. She also is admitted to the Virginia State and Eastern District of Virginia Federal Courts.
John E. Bedi is a 1988 Juris Doctorate recipient from the Campbell University School of Law. A resident of Chesapeake, Virginia for over thirty years and a native of Hershey, PA, Mr. Bedi also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University.

From I-64W: use the right lane to take exit 262B for VA-134 N/Magruder Blvd toward Nasa/Poquoson. Turn right onto Hardy Cash Dr and then right onto Executive Drive.
From Battlefield Blvd, head south on Volvo, turn right onto Independence Pkwy and right at Lake Center 1. We are on the first floor in the Fulton Bank Building (first brick building on right). Had the pleasure of meeting with John yesterday for a consultation. Our meeting ended up being much more than that. He is a very compassionate person who i can tell truly cares about his clients beyond the case. After our meeting we will not be needing to retain his services but would have hired him in a second if needed. He did more than give us sound legal advice. I started this process in limbo, had an extreme amount of debt due to many unfortunate situations that took place with me over the last 15 years. Finally, I reached out to this law firm to help me out with this bankruptcy and it was made very easy with the help of Bedi Legal. Ms. Bedi is a kind caring person who understands the compassion needed to handle the everyday person.
