My husband and I are so glad about the move to Madison Lake Ned. Bethany, Cathy, Amanda.they are great, I love it here. Each of our communities has its own friendly, professional management team, so we can maintain the quality of your community and respond to your needs throughout the day. Our Resident Portal and App allow you to pay rent, submit a service request, or connect with your management team whenever you need to.
All residents are required to carry Renters Insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage and a minimum of $10,000 personal property coverage. The community must also be listed as an "Additional Interest" or "Interested Party". Water damage liability and dog bite liability coverage is included (these are not typically included in standard policies).

Avoid at all cost! I understand everyone has different experiences and interactions. I'm the most understanding individual with patience. I try to conduct myself as if I'm interacting with users at my job. Don't play with my livelihood, finances, and intelligence!! However, this is the worst and unacceptable service ever by a leasing agent and the community.
Cathy is the leasing agent I've communicated with through this process. And has no regards for no one .

Place is nice and people are very respectful. Sadly we were sold on a gated community however the gates don't work. Been here for two months now and still no update on them. Others in the community have been here for months and have also said the gate never closes. Not a gated community. People from outside thw community are coming in and using the trash bins. The gates need fixed ASAP

This complex is very nice minus individuals smoking pot in the breezeway of building #3 and what’s even worst is they kept smoking as I walked my son to his mother’s apartment. I asked the guy to at least put it out when kids are present and his reply was “ I have my card and it’s a free country”. This isn’t the first time I’ve visited and the breezeway smelled like pot. The next time he is out side smoking I will calling the cops!! Nobody cares if you smoke but please do it in the privacy of your own home and away from kids be respectful.

Lake Ned apartments are really great. They are very quiet & comfortable. The nice ladies in the office are always ready to help you out if you need anything & are very knowledgeable & friendly. If you need anything done with your apartment which is very seldom, the maintenance guys are always on it in a very timely fashion & they are also very good at their job. I’ve lived in a few apartments & Lake Ned is by far the best one I’ve ever stayed in. If you’re looking for an apartment, you won’t find anything better. Highly recommend living here!!!

We love this area! It’s so quiet & comforting. The apartments are very spacious for the price. ( we moved from South Florida- 2bedroom tiny apartment was $1700+) I absolutely love the high ceilings & the upgrades! Any issue we have had has been taken care of within 24hrs if not before. All the staff including maintenance are great. Very helpful & kind. The elementary school is right down the road.. walking distance. Amazing school! Looking forward to signing a new lease in May!

My wife and I moved here almost a year ago and we are very happy. The office staff are all so very nice and helpful. When my wife was ill and she needed a hand rail installed in the shower they got on the problem right away and had it installed. The maintenance guys are very knowledgeable and quick to respond to resolve any issues. The property is well maintained, quiet and peaceful. We are very happy in our choice to move here.

This place might look nice but it definitely isn't.. it's over priced. When I moved into my apartment, it was dirty and still had things in the cabinets. There was a lot of mold and rust in the cabinets and also in the bathrooms.. they have a huge bug problem.. found so many spiders and bugs in my apartment. I did the pest control but it didn't help. The have also have a huge misquote problem.. there's cloud of mosquito by my door so every time I would go in and out my apartment they would go in and would bite me and my fiancé all the time and had my youngest get bit extremely

I moved here this year and I love it. It's quiet,clean and safe.
The pros :

It's gated and the gates actually work
Man made Lake in the center of the complex
It's pet friendly
When there are issues in the community they are addressed right away
Staff is really friendly
2 bedrooms comes with a storage room for free.
You have a balcony
Parking is not cramped( not in my building)
My apartment came with a washer and dryer so I didn't have to drag mine with me.
The cons:
Cost is pretty pricey. They can stand to go down at least $125 and keep the same classification

When I first moved to Winter Haven, Florida, I was unsure if I would ever find a place that only fit within my budget but also felt like home. As soon as I entered Madison Lake Ned, I knew that I found it. I was sad to leave shortly after one year of living here due to an employment opportunity, but it really felt like home during my stay there. I never had a problem with maintenance and always found Cathy as the office to be willing to help with any concern or problem that I had. It definitely fulfilled everything that I wanted for my first apartment in Florida.

I have lived here for 6 months and love it. The carpet and flooring are all new, the walls are very nicely painted, and there's plenty of room for my office, TV area, and a 5-piece dining set. The bedroom are spacious and each has a private bathroom. The pool is very nice. They keep it very clean and the water is crystal clear. There is a trash facility housed in a building with a huge compactor and an area for recycling large objects. Landscaping is well kept, and the buildings are all on a reasonable painting and cleaning cycle. Apartments come with a washer and dryer in a laundry room right
