I've been waiting 3 weeks for medical files to be sent over from a previous local provider. I have called to see if there is something I can to expedite the process, like go get them myself. Front desk is rude and unhelpful. The whole process doesnt makes sense, do you want patients or not? Sadly will never get to meet the actual doctor because I am moving on. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The people here have been really nice to me but can’t seem to move fast with anything. I am a military wife and getting my medical records transferred here when we moved in June took almost a month and they didn’t let me know they were having trouble getting them at first so I had to keep calling and asking. I was already in the third trimester of my first pregnancy and they didn’t seem to care much. I finally got an appointment and they gave me the referral I needed to an OB but didn’t submit a certain form through Tricare. When I followed up about it they said they were waiting on Tricare

Staff in back is great took amazing care of my son. Front desk person are never helpful it's like they dont want you to be a patient. I have to refill out forms everytime I go. I wish they where more helpful up front with questions but its all a bother. Also they make you go up there and fill out paper before you can be seen. no way to do it online? The ladies in back were great to my child. Sadly I'll find else where for myself.

I’ve gone here since 2005, and it’s 2019 now, do the math. Dr. Grace Nweke is great at what she does. I’m very proud to call her my Primary Care Doctor. Thanks Dr. Nweke for all that you have done for me. Her staff have always been kind, courteous and helpful to me. Thank you Sunerise Health Care, PC, keep doing what you’re doing!!!!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this office to my worst enemies!! Rita, do called office manager, is just not a happy person and she will make you pay for it!!
She is rude and unprofessional in every way. The Dr there is good...If you can get past Rita. They cannot keep any good receptionist as Rita is so mean, no one wants to work with her.

Highly uneducated in medicine. Worst experience in my life both mentally and physically, dealing with doctor Grace Nweke. Her lack of treatment and inability to properly diagnose an, ear / sinus problem for approximately 2 years is inexcusable. Have the MRI's. Not good for either of us. Thanks for being such a poor doctor. Never recommend!!!!

This is by far the least professional place I have dealt with. I've been waiting 2 months to be a patient in this place. Everytime I call it's a different story. Then their is the lady at the front desk.. Oh my gosh, so rude. I explained I needed to be refered over to an orthopedic due to a car accident I was in a year ago. Her exact response was "We don't even deal with car accidents". Wowww your a doctor's office, are you not? Do not recommend!!!

The woman who sits at the front desk and answers the phone is one of the rudest people you will ever meet. My family have been in a couple times and every time she acts the same way, as if anyone being there is a burden to her. The rest of the staff seems knowledgeable and friendly, but the receptionist ruins the whole experience.
