Enriching the lives of older adults through coordinated health care. PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) helps seniors stay as independent as possible. The annual event is a benefit for the programs of Rocky Mountain Health Care Services and features. Rocky Mountain PACE is a wonderful, uplifting place to work because we get to see and be a part of the daily progress for people who's lives have been drastically changed.
Since I have been with PACE, it has been the best experience I have ever had. They are fast to get appointments, transportation is always on time and everyone checks up on me which makes me feel well cared for.*.

When you ask a young adult what is most important to them, most are happy to share how they want to maintain their independence and personal freedom to live their life as they see fit. So why would anyone expect a different answer from a senior? It is no surprise to learn things change as we grow older.
All contracted providers are required to submit claims electronically to Trizetto Provider Solutions, the internal Rocky Mountain PACE clearinghouse system. I'm doing things a bit different. I am just now entering PACE after hearing nothing but good things about them, and feel quite strongly they are the answer to my issues. After reading such a wide array of reviews, they have given me no second thoughts on my decision....but I'm alert just in case. No matter how things go, good or bad, I'll check back in 90 to 180 days from now and re-rate if needed. Wish me luck, Michael

No MD’s on staff, only nurse practician(s). Medical staff is not competent in their training, e.g. drawing blood, they don’t pay attention to or listen to patient needs, slow on followups about info/requests for needed equipment, poor choices of referral clinics, nurses delivering wrong medical supplies. Staff members do not return calls timely, or not at all. They do not keep track of participant needs and sometimes they ask you to do the reminders or footwork. I am hoping to find another place for my medical needs. Many things listed in their orientation packet are not available and outdated

I am a four year former patient, just called pace Pace medical team, to tell them I have an appointment with a nephrologist and it took only 31 days, After I quit Pace. I quit because they refused to referral me to a kidney doctor & Kidney dietitian.
I am the one with the disease, not them. I asked, So I can get my kidney disease under control; at stage two. and not go to Deaths door.
In 2005 The kidney Foundation found that cutting down on electrolytes prolonged the length of the disease. I would not recommend any elder person Be it a mother or just without children old person, to this CR_PPY

A great Day Center, with meal and transportation provided, for Seniors to socialize & take part in activities. No MD on site. Lab on site. Physical Therapy on site. Dermatology on site. Basic Dental care on site. Medical appointments with assigned Nurse Practitioner are two times per year. Referrals to outside Specialists require authorization from PACE management, and can be slow to get scheduled.

Totally incompetent Dr's. Run from this place. Do not let your elderly family members come here. They send you to Dr's outside of Pace and when you return they actually change the prescription and rewrite it under one of their Dr's. name. Be very careful and very aware of their actions if you have a family member there at Pace. Then question every serious medical decision they make. Remember this most of all, Pace is an incorporated business that cares only about their profits & write offs, not your family members. My hopes is someday that will change for the better of proper medical care. But
