If you are facing a tough legal issue such as a divorce, a child custody dispute, overwhelming debt, DUI arrest or injuries in a car crash, the decisions you make now can affect you for many years into the future. That's why at the law firm of Redinger & Morris in Canton, Ohio, we want to give you all of the information you need to make a good decision and lead the fight to protect your rights.

Our attorneys will guide you through all of the issues involved in your divorce, including marital property division, spousal support, child custody and visitation, and child support. In Ohio, you have a choice in how you end your marriage. Marriage dissolution can be less contentious and less expensive than divorce if you and your spouse are in agreement on the issues.
Services
There is no cost to talk to one of our lawyers unless you decide to hire us. Our law office is on the corner of Cleveland Ave and West Tusc in the center of Canton. We are half a block from the Stark County Courthouse and within a block of the Canton Municipal Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the Family and Juvenile courts, the Probate Court and the Fifth District Court of Appeals.
We formed the law firm of Redinger & Morris in Canton, Ohio, in 1998. However, our experience as lawyers goes back much further. We have nearly 40 years of combined experience representing clients who face legal issues such as Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, divorce and marriage dissolution, child custody disputes, criminal charges, wills and estates, and landlord-tenant issues.
Ivan Redinger and Jonathan Morris practice in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, criminal defense, landlord-tenant, personal injury, employment discrimination and probate. The attorneys represent clients throughout northern Ohio. Both attorneys graduated from law schools that are considered to be among the premier in the nation.
Many people receive information about divorce from friends and people at work. However, a lot of that information is incorrect. Before you make any decisions, we think it's important to discuss your case with a lawyer who regularly fights for individuals in divorce cases. Divorce by nature is an adversarial process, which can be costly both emotionally and financially.

I can’t say enough about our experience with Mr. Redinger. We had a very time sensitive case and he began working for us immediately. From the initial visit he was upfront and honest about what we faced, but told us not to worry. He kept in contact with us about his every move and decision, either through email or a telephone call. He was able to get us the outcome we had hoped for and we would highly recommend him.
