Yes, I recommend KNR. I am very satisfied from the legal point of view how they handled my case and they are considerate and kind people. However, if possible, get your entire settlement sent to yourself and pay the medical bills out of YOUR account and mail them certified mail.
I'm 2 years+ post accident and 18+ months post bills paid, and I… STILL chasing down copies of checks and proof of payments for bills KNR paid. Medical billing and hospital accounting are definitely the ones to blame, but it sure sucks when you don't have access to the copies of checks or proof of payments. 😡

Terrible firm. Rarely get calls back if ever. My case has been going on since 2016; my case has been passed around through multiple lawyers. This firm lacks professionalism, lacks respect for their clients - I want to wrap my case just so I can sever ties with this place. They've caused me more headaches and stress than peace of mind through this process. I'm told to sign documents without explanation as to what I'm signing for. All their funds go to marketing campaigns rather than doing a good job for their clients. Save yourself the stress and go with another firm!

I think this is a disgusting and unethical group of ambulance chasers! I was in a minor fender bender a few weeks ago, I was rear ended. This group of “professionals” has done nothing but harass me. They have called me before 9am. They have texted me. Yesterday it was the straw that pushed me over, they showed up at my house! I don’t need an attorney. It was an accident, I was/am fine, she had insurance and they are handling. LEAVE ME ALONE!

I needed help with an auto accident during the COVID19 pandemic. Because I refused medical treatment (dealing with back pains vs going to a petri dish of an ER) they don't believe they will be able to collect much and therefore would not take my case. I feel the difference between a great attorney and an ambulance chaser is a great attorney will fight for you with the understanding that we are in a strange time right now and prove the case with the given information.

So I do not recommend this lawyer the settlement I got was not as big as I thought it would be they took an enormous amount of money away from me and then in the end they still have money that's mine that they said we're waiting to pay medical bills for it is now been 2 years and they don't return my phone calls I do not recommend

I was a passenger in my friend’s car and I was nervous to make a claim because my friend was at-fault for the accident. I didn’t want to screw my friend over, but I suffered bad injuries, especially in my arm. I reached out to KNR just to explore the possibility of a case. My attorney put my nerves to rest and helped me understand my friend wouldn’t be paying out of pocket for my claim. He seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I used KNR for a bad accident I was in several years ago. You never realize how confusing and scary it can be in these situations. I'm so glad I hired them to help me through the process and to help me avoid making mistakes people without a lawyer regularly make. Once I called them, everything was taken care of and I was able to get back to normal. If you're in an accident, I suggest calling KNR to help you too.

If I could give 0 stars that is what they would get. These people are liars and cheaters, but they're so very polite while they're bending you over and shoviving their lies up your bum, that way you don't realize they're screwing you over. We will help you get compensation and we only take 10% of the total, really? Why are you getting more of my settlement than I am then? How does that work? Then they ignore for months and when you call and remind them you exist they will blow you off as politely as they can, leaving you with no straight answer. Then they refuse to give your share, which is less

I was in a car accident on July 29, hit from behind at a stop light in Stow. Without my contacting them at all, on August 3, someone from this law firm showed up uninvited TO MY HOME while I was out of town. They left a packet of info including a video and some play money. I guess since my IQ is so low I cannot figure out how to hire an attorney on my own should I need one that would make me stupid enough to hire a tresspasser to a property registered with the City of Stow as a no solicitation condo community. Such intrusive behavior from obviously skeevy, creepy ambulance chasing vultures.

The good:
If you get the right lawyer (i got ken) then you will get more than you ask.
Always return calls.
Excellent receptionists.
Nice, clean respectful office.
The bad:
First lawyer and his legal aide were awful, i had to make all the calls to get the medical records! I got a different lawyer and i was much happier. Things got done immediately.
Took October to april to get my medical records filed and get a check.
So it will be quite a wait but its worth it! I'd definitely use them again.
