We had a leaky faucet in one of break rooms at work. I immediately contacted Royal Flush Plumbing for a service call. I spoke with Dominic and he came out same day to provide me with an assessment. I was expecting to get up sold on services that I did not need, but that did not happen. Dominic was honest and very reasonably priced.

I had a serious gas leak in my home and the gas company came and shut off my service. It was my responsibility to get it fixed, so I began calling plumbers. Luck was on my side when I got Dominic on the phone. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he understood that with three children, I needed to have my gas restored quickly. He came out and was so thorough and professional! He went above and beyond to correct things and do everything the RIGHT way. Few people have this kind of work ethic. We couldn't of been happier or more impressed with the service of royal flush the plumbing. We called him up after haggling for almost a month with Home Depot about the warranty on our hot water heater. we finally allowed to choose our own plumber. we chose them. Within a few hours, they picked up the hot water heater. installed it, and brought the old hot water heater back to Home Depot, and ( this is the amazing thing) they even secured a refund for me saving me the trip to go back to Home Depot. talk about going beyond the call of duty - they certainly did! Royal Flush Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend. My boyfriend is very impressed their service. We spoke with Dominic over the phone, he was helpful and quoted us after asking a few questions and was at our house within a couple hours. The final price ended up being less than he had originally quoted us which makes me happy and glad we stopped putting off our plumbing issue.

Today he came by to check something out and could have charged me for things I didn't need, but he didn't. Local guy who doesn't make non plumbers feel stupid on top of it. Thanks Dominic! Dominic was amazing. No doubt going to use RFP in the future. Wouldn't use anywhere else. He arrived perfectly on schedule, early in fact which was great. And he fixed our toilet within 2 minutes. No exaggeration whatsoever. He then said he wasn't going to charge us because it was such a quick fix. I super appreciate his kindness!

UPDATE: I recently called this company again due to my garbage disposal backing up into my shower. Once again I spoke with Dominic and he was able to come out the same night to check the problem out. It was a big relief for me being that I have roommates I rent too and didn't want to inconvenience them. Plumbing issues always scare me because you never know how much they will cost, I feel secure knowing Royal flush gives fair prices with great service and doesn't take advantage! I will continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family.

One Star. Dominic quoted $400 on an easy job right in my own home and scheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and at the end of the day he called with an excuse why a more important job came up and he couldn't call me or let me know what was going on. Fair enough but I waited all day for this service. Said he'd come by next couple days if it worked out but it didn't work out. He came on Saturday to do the job and I was all but ready to just call someone else. He came and did a nice job on the piping, I'm not knocking any of that but he bumped me to $550 at checkout

These guys saved the day! We needed an emergency response since our toilet was backing up through the shower drain - YUCK!!
They came out immediately, fixed everything and patiently explained what happened and what they did in detail. They fixed the issue that day and we haven't had a problem since.

Dominic is fantastic. He is honest, reasonable and very knowledgeable. I have had him out to my home 2x in the last 4 months. One was a big job where we had our sewer line completely clogged. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day I called. Probably saved me close to $500 in additional costs. The 2nd time was a simple issue that he fixed immediately. I would and will recommend him to all my neighbors.
