We weren't getting hot water in our shower and I called Water Plumbing Services Plumbing and spoke with Giselle who was very nice and accommodating. She explained there was a fee for the service call. Danny came by and quickly fixed it. Instead of making it more than it was or charging us an arm and a leg. I'm so thankful and impressed by him. We will definitely keep their number and will call when we need any other plumbing done. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Called for an emergency after hours around 815pm. spoke to a nice lady at the call center and she said she got ahold of the tech and he'd call me back shortly. it's been over 1hr and still no call back. why have a business that says they're 24/7 when they're really not. Not sure how they are during the day but after 6 or 7pm forget about it.
