My car needed an oil change asap and Tery was very friendly and accommodating. He was able to get me a same day appointment and held great communication while my car was being serviced. I informed him of my cars issues upon arriving and he was able to find time to do the majority of the corrections. I ended up having my brakes replaced as well and now my car drives better than ever. I highly recommend Karco.

Took my Toyota in for brake issues, and problem was immediately identified and resolved. They gave me repair options without trying to soak me and their prices were very fair and reasonable. I have been taking my car to Karco for 20 years since I started working in Orange. One of the very best things about the service there is that they took me to my job when I dropped my car off in the morning & picked me up after work! And I always had a clean car to drive home.
Their service was one of the reasons I purchased another Lexus when it was time to get a new car. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for service.

I took my Prius here after a friend recommended Jay and his crew to me and said that he would not go anywhere else with any of his vehicles. The service was top notch, fast and professional, not to mention the price was incredibly reasonable. In addition, they were extremely good about making sure everything was wiped down as part of their Covid-19 protocols. I will continue to go back here from now on!

Wow after two shops both misdiagnosed my Dads 06 Tacoma with a check engine light. Both shops said it was plugs and a coil that didn't fix it. These guys over the phone already knew the issue. So glad we did the repairs here they replaced my engine in days. The truck so far is running very smooth I highly recommend bringing your Toyota here. Terry has awesome customer service they are trustworthy people. Will be bringing my cars here from now on.

We've been going to Karco for a long time---started going to them around 1993 and have never regretted the decision. Yeah, we're limited to Honda/Acura or Toyota/Lexus cars, but that's not a big deal...we'd rather get outstanding service and repairs than have to deal with other repair shops. The guys at Karco are honest, have very fair prices and keep our cars running perfectly.

We have been taking our Hondas and Acuras to Karco for advice and service since 1993. They are reliable, honest and fair in their pricing. We've never had a problem with their service or repairs and we've chatted with many other customers who trust Karco as much as we do.
We ventured away from Hondas in 2009 when we bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid...we love the car but we've had many problems with getting reliable service from various Ford dealers. When we trade it for the next car, it will be a Honda or Acura, period....and it will go to Karco for all its service and repairs.
