Due to the high cost of the initial vaccinations we called for the cost of our cats booster shot beforehand. We were told the booster shot was included in the initial invoice and this appointment would be free. When we arrived we assured this appointment would be the booster shot only. After the appointment was completed they informed us that they had performed an examination that we had not approved of. They then charged us for the examination as well as for the booster shot that we were initially told was already paid for.

This places blows the other vets in the area out of the water.
*POLITE*, respectable, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff. They walk you through what they see to give you recommendations/options.

Dr. Somel (sp?) and his staff were the nicest, most caring and informative vet staff we've had in awhile. I only wished I lived in town so we could make AH of telluride our regular vet. Look no further. This is the best vet in town. They were fair, took there time to explain and very hospitable. Our dogs really loved the staff too, which is nice since it's usually a stressful experience. Highly recommend.
