Sequoia Grove is a nice, quiet, clean, gated community within walking distance to Fred Meyers.
The on-site staff is second to none!
Sandy, is the absolute best manager! I have always been treated with a friendly smile and her willingness to help. It is evident she really cares about the residents which I really appreciate.
Greg, our maintenance man, is always friendly and helpful and does a great job maintaining the property.
I would recommend Sequouia Grove to anyone looking for a a great place to live.

Moved in after downsizing and having lived in a single family home for over 30 years. I’ve lived here three years now. Quiet, neatly kept grounds, multiple day trash/recycling pick up, and friendly people. Management and staff are friendly, professional, and quick to respond to tenant needs. Sequoia Grove Apartments are a great place to call home!

Wonderful to live in a place where they listen and act! I always get prompt response when I have a maintenance need. I live alone and so it is very comforting to know that help is only a phone call or e-mail away. And when they come, they are friendly and efficient. Thank you!!

They seem to forget they are in canby and not downtown Portland. They raised rent again over 1700 a month to live in a apartment in canby. They will succeed in forcing anyone that works in canby to look elsewhere for a place to live. Greed at its finest. I guess they'd rather have no one living there. Not sure why they feel justified in charging so much just to live here. They are nice. But they are just apartments. Nothing more. But cost more than renting a 2 bedroom house. Just wanted to say thanks for raising your rent to ridiculous levels. I'm sure the rest of the residents will appreciate

I love when ants have been invading my apartment for the last 3 weeks and they will do nothing to help. Now I have to pay 400$ to have a extermination come in. These are not just small ant they are Carpenter ants and I have probably seen more than 100 in 3 weeks. If you are thinking that im just a dirty person and I let them in you are wrong I have cleaned my house spotless trying to get rid of them and they are still coming!

Love the management and maintenance team here. They are all so sweet and helpful! I really appreciate how fast things are fixed and taken care of around here.

Best in town hands down. Ladies in the office are super friendly and attentive, welcome surprises were so thoughtful and just immaculate and gorgeous inside and out! It feels like living in a fancy hotel. Love our new home. ❤

Was shown the model and was repeatedly told the three bdrm. unit was exactly the same, other than an extra bdrm. When we moved in, it was completely different. The living room was much smaller and the configuration was not the same. Had we been told the truth, we would neverhave rented it. Now we are stuck living in something we hate for the next 14 months!!

I have lived at Sequoia for 2 months now, I love everything about it. Nicole is the best and the maintenence Crew is amazing. The apartments are homey light and bright. I was lucky enough to get in on some of the amazing deals at move in and I am excited to use the pool and all the extras my new home offers when they are finished!! I highly recommend this community.
