Jade was my masseuse and she was wonderful! Called ahead and they had an availability for within the hour! She kept checking in to make sure the pressure was alright and that I wasn’t in too much pain as she worked out my back and neck!! Jade also asked if I’d be ok with her walking on my back - it was so worth it!
I was handed a cold bottle of water as I checked out - it was a 5 star experience throughout! Cant wait to come back on my next visit to town!

I wish I could find out about services here. I called to inquire about a gift certificate. I understand that English is not everyone's first language and I was patient with both of the individuals who got on the phone.
But I don't appreciate that I was told they were busy and then when I said, "that isn't what I was calling about" I was hung up on.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I took my fiancé to this place for our 3 year anniversary, we were supposed to get a couples massage. I walked in and the workers looks completely surprised. I called two weeks ago and made this appointment for today (9/25) at 10am. I showed up to the appointment and they had no record of my appointment ever being made. The worker told me to come back in an hour and they could get us in. I will not be returning to this place.

If you want a massage in Irving then I highly recommend you visit royalty massage spa! It’s a very relaxing atmosphere. Dani has been my massage therapist twice now and she’s amazing! She always makes sure to get all the knots out of my back and I feel so much better and more relaxed whenever I leave there. I can’t wait to go back for another massage, it’s such a great experience.

Booked a couples massage and we enjoyed it so much. I nearly fell asleep. They were so attentive and very polite. I got a deep tissue and she really worked out all the knots i had in my shoulders and neck. And then she did something to my lower back that i CANNOT explain but it felt like HEAVEN. I left there feeling like could do backflips. Highly recommend. Will be going back....SOON.

I love spa massage and always looking for that one place every where I go and this is my place when I visit the Dallas-Fort area. I didn't want to leave. I was running about 5 mins late, they were ready to move the minute I walked in the door. I did not feel like I got shorted any time. I felt like my body was showed as much and all the attention it needed. I highly recommend and will go again.
