Hi, I'm Dan Puig and I've been practicing massage for over 20 years. I love what I do for a living, and I've been blessed with a skill that I honor by practicing it to its full potential regardless of the client or the complexity or simplicity of the task at hand. I'm honored to be entrusted with my clients body for care and in my appreciation I perform to the best that I can every single time.
The whole session is tailored to your needs. Whether de-stress relaxing, deep tissue, or sports stretching, we have specific protocols for stress relief, TMJ, rotator cuff issues, lower back pain, plantar fascitis, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, etc., that effectively address your needs, thanks to 20+ years of on the job experience we have a protocol for most conditions.
That all depends on the type of massage you receive, the more pressure you receive the more you can work out the knots and tightness but also the more sore you will be for a couple of days. We do not accept health insurance, however we do accept FSA and HSA health and flex spending credit cards because of our medical massage certification.
These are the pro's that I refer clients to whenever I feel like it is outside of my scope of practice. My goal is to help you achieve your best health. Massage therapy can be pretty effective for most conditions but there are some problems that require a different approach. Some are in Irving, TX most are not because when it comes to health you want the best not just the closest.

I’m glad I found this massage place close to my area after going to alot of other massage places that never delivered…usually I get deep tissue or pressure and nobody was able to do it til I found Dan his a great massage therapist I’m glad he knows what he is doing and he did not disappoint with the heavy pressure lymphatic massage i needed after my surgery I highly recommend him you won’t be disappointed🙏🏼 💆🏼♀️

Dan is the best in the business! I don’t say that lightly. Having moved further away from him, I tried to find another place closer. I gave up and went back. He listens to me and really addresses my problem areas. He’s also the master at stretching. If you need a great massage, Dan is the only way to go.

Dan is well... Just awesome!! It was my first ever appointment with him and i am beyond pleased.He seemed very experienced and professional and worked so well on my problem areas. Like another client said on the reviews, Dan is actually a magician and removes unbelievable tension and knots. I have been a client of Dan's for a few years now after one of my running friends recommend him. He is the best massage therapist I have ever seen.
