We provide dental services for the entire family from children to older adults. Our entire team of caring Doctors, hygienists and support staff pride ourselves on a high level of patient care. Using the latest in modern dental technology our services range from sealants to complex implant surgery. Our goal is a comfortable experience for our patients with beautiful results.
I was a dental assistant with Oak Park Dental for 24 years before taking over the role as Office Manager. Being a part of Oak Park has been a wonderful experience for me. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two grown sons, their wives and grandchildren. I also enjoy traveling/camping in our 5th wheel with our friends and family, cooking, baking and reading.
Liberty House is a private, nonprofit organization created to assist our community in better responding to tragic cases of suspected child abuse and neglect. Liberty House represents a collaborative effort by community leaders and professionals from mental health, medicine, prosecution, law enforcement, child protection, and schools.
Root canals are needed if you have a damaged or diseased tooth. A root canal is a filling for the entire inside of your tooth. You will know your tooth is failing you when you feel severe pain while chewing. You may also notice pimple-like sores on your gums. You could have darkened, swollen, or tender gums as well.
Poor oral hygiene. Even occasionally skipping out on brushing, flossing, or dental visits can significantly increase your risk. Tobacco products increase the stickiness of plaque. They also interfere with the immune system, making it more difficult for the body to fight infections. When your gums recede, your teeth begin to look longer as more surface area is exposed.

I have the worst anxiety going to the dentist but they made everything so smooth! Hygienist Sarah is AMAZING and totally calmed my mind. The doctor was quick and helpful. They answered all my questions. I’ve never felt so well taken care of and cared for by an office from the minute you walk in till the minute you leave. Outstanding.

Yes, I did left Atlanta, Georgia for "DANIEL P. O'LEARY, DDS", lol, temporary. I was about to go to Costa Rica... He definitely has a gentle hand and the treatment I received was first class. His caring team was professional, including patient treatment coordinator, Laurie the hygienist and Hope the dental assistant who knew I was scared and held my hand during the procedure. Thanks for having the latest advanced technology. Last but not least whoever said can't find affordable and caring dentist in America. Not looking. I found one.

I have happily been a patient at Oak Park for over 25 years. During those years I have always received great care. Their office is always respectful and organized. The staff is caring, well trained and make each patient's dental needs a priority. I have never felt like one of the masses there. They always make me feel like my dental care matters. Honestly, the best and most consistant health care I have ever received has been at Oak Park Dental. Kudos to the entire staff.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Always looking out for their patients. They make it easy to navigate insurance and there is not pressure to do anything costly. I got front crowns on my teeth and they look great and they wanted to make sure I was happy with them. Dr Kelly did an excellent job. I highly recommend.

This is a lovely office & good location. I had a great dental person, Laurie she was very gentle and knew her stuff! I also met with Dr. Sam Kelly who will do the heavy lifting on my dental work when I go back. Since this is my first visit I even got a really nice little thank you gifts, water bottle, toothbrush, floss, chapstick and a calendar-It was great! Above all really nice professional people. If you don't have a place to go you should check them out 🙂

I normally dreaded dental appointments for my kids because they would scream and cry so much but with Meghan and Laurie they did FANTASTIC. Best dental office I have ever been too! Everyone is so friendly from the front staff to the hygienist, to the assistants and Doctors! I had horrible experiences at my previous dental office and Hope and Dr.Kelly made my appointment go so smooth and they were very informative. Before they got started on my crown they made sure they explained everything to me and made me feel like I was in very good hands! Great job Oak Park Dental!! 10/10 recommend!!!

After talking with my original dentist in Portland I am now positive that I did the right thing by walking out of my appointment for a tooth extraction with Dr. Kelly at Oakpark Dental in Salem/Keizer. NOBODY, especially a patient should be spoken to the way he spoke to me. He made a rash judgment of my character without ANY reason! My dentist in Portland said he would have done the same in my situation and took me in immediately to perform the extraction. I would NEVER speak to anyone the way this supposed professional spoke to me. Others said they would not have been so nice and urged me to file

Dr Stubblefield is the best dentist I've ever seen. He's so nice and super gentle. I had to have a tooth pulled and I didn't feel a thing, not even the shots. He took his time and didn't rush through it like some dentists do. I have really bad anxiety and he made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. I def recommend him. Everyone else was super nice too! His assistant was really nice and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Def 5 stars!

My husband and I have been here in the past for emergency dental work and been served promptly and politely. This past week I had a crown fall off and that tooth held one end of my upper denture. They quickly took care of the tooth and got the crown rushed back for me so I could take off on a trip. The premises are quite nice and you are made to feel welcome which relaxes you. We both recommend this office.

Excellent office! Billing experience, facility atmosphere and doctor interaction was all GREAT. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new dentist. I got in either same day or the next day in May when my jaw began hurting so bad I couldn't open it more than an inch. I saw one doctor that morning and he called in another doctor to look at me once it was determined I needed my wisdom teeth removed. They made me feel very comfortable with the options for anesthesia, as well as the billing procedures and price differences in my options. My dental benefit was less than the cost of my procedure

I've gone to this dentist for years, I love it! their new office is really nice. they really care about you and are really nice. I went for a cleaning about 2 months ago and out loud told the person I was with "I forgot my retainer case" and the lady at the front desk went out of her way and got me one! I don't plan on switching dentists anytime soon, I recommend this place to everyone!
