Peter Depew is an excellent choice for representing his client’s. I hired Peter Depew and he went above and beyond fighting for me. I got my felonies reduced and wiped off my record with an expungement. He looked for every option possible. He went back to court for me a few times. I have had others just kind of give up without a fight. He searches for the ways needed to get the job done. I would highly recommend Peter Depew. Peter was great to deal with! I had a case in California that was never fully handled 15 years prior. He assured me he would do his best to get this case dismissed. Peter was fantastic to work with and had a great balance of being realistic and empathetic. Peter took on my case and was able to stop the DA from filing so It never even went to court. Peter was extremely communicative and was able to answer the hundreds of "what if" questions I had when navigating all the legal information.
