Contrary to popular belief, living trusts do not automatically settle themselves and often require the assistance of a trust attorney. Toews Law Group has handled the probate process for my deceased mother's estate. Attorney Shannon Bio and the office staff at Toews have done a terrific job taking us through that process successfully. They always took my calls and provided fast response to any questions or concerns. And when it came to our court appearances, Ms. Bio handled the hearings calmly and effectively leading us to a positive outcome. I have to agree with the 5 star rating for Toews Law Group. I was initially drawn to them based on the previous Yelp reviews when I needed to assist my 96 y/o father with "Re-stating" his Revocable Trust that had been set up years ago by a Paralegal that did shoddy work. My Father died suddenly a few years ago at a fairly young age.This came as a shock to my wife and I catching us completely by surprise. This law firm is knowledgeable and helpful. The advice and guidence I received from them about being an estate executor, and then preparing my own living trust was a wonderful experience.
