What a rip off... Lived in these apartments for two years. We have kept our unit pretty darn clean, especially with having a toddler. We cleaned top to bottom of our unit before moving out. And I am a pretty good cleaner. I mean heck it runs in my family! Anyways, the only room that had some MINOR stains on the carpet where the living room. I am talking penny-sized little pieces of food like granola bars. Both bedrooms were in perfect condition. Upon moving to our new place, we received a bill for $1200. For new carpets. For the whole unit. Tell me... How does this make sense??!! WHAT A RIP OFF

Cleanest of all the affordable housing units I looked at. The staff has always been good to me and very responsive even through staff turnover. Rent is going up but that is the way it is anywhere on the Peninsula. Private renters are still charging more for worse.

I used to live at the Elk Creek apartments and they were super clean and nice. However, they changed staff and whoever is in charge now has completely let junkies take it over. I have to pick up my son there once a week, and it's disgusting what they allow to happen on the property. There are literally junkies hanging out with a tent propped up in the parking lot. They even have small fires in their area. The junkies yell at kids playing and glare at people driving by their tent. There are junk vehicles everywhere, old ghetto furniture, etc. I miss when this was a decent place to live.

The apartments have been nice and the staff very helpful... the company running the place though I've gotta say I'm not happy with. I've been here for a few years and just recently I signed a new year lease and as it was explained to me this would lock in that price for me for the duration of my lease. Even if the running company raised prices... Nope, apparently they've got a clause somewhere in that giant document that allows them to up your rent whenever they want. Granted it wasn't a giant leap, but I don't like being told one thing and then having the opposite

My family&I have lived here for 8 years and any issue we have had has been fixed immediately. The staff is extremely friendly, they even buy after school snacks for the kids. The maintenance has always fixed any repairs quickly. In the several years we've lived here, we've only had 1 issue with our washing machine and 1 issue with our water water and both problems were fixed promptly. There are things like the garbage disposal&the blinds that we've had more problems with but those problems were user error. We live on the top floor and the maintenance crew even offered to put window stoppers up

Love our apartment. We've lived here over 4 years and we are so glad we found Elk Creek. Spacious, clean and up-to-date apartments for fair rent. There's often a long wait list because there are very few quality apartments like these in Sequim. Maintenance is super responsive if you have an issue. Filling out the annual paperwork can be a breeze thanks to the leasing staff.

Terrible overall. Often charges for ridiculous expenses when people move out. The places are nice enough inside, the parkinglot has several hazardous blind spots, just not the best place if you have almost any other option. Have never lived there myself, but have known many unsatisfied current/former tenants.

I've lived in Elk Creek Apartments since December, 2011, and have found the overall experience to be the most enjoyable of my entire residential-rental history, and that spans many years. The management is exemplary with empathetic, competent, and efficient directorship and maintenance.
I haven't regretted my move-in from Port Townsend for even one moment. There is an income limitation requirement and a background check, and they accept Section 8 vouchers as well. I heartily recommend this residence to anyone that may qualify, especially a first-time one in the city of Sequim, as was my own situation

We lived here for several months now & I must say it's a good place to live. The reviews & local gossip made us apprehensive to come here so I am writing this review now that we've been here a while. The management team are dependable, compassionate & professional. Maintenance is quick to repair any issues without compliant. The children are often playing together in the courtyard so it can get noisy on pretty day's but as parents, it's a sweet sound. On the rare occasion a bad Apple moves in, as in, druggies or miscreants, they don't last long. You can't get away with anything here so 90% of our
