Headgear Plus Promotional Marketing was originally established in 1986, we specialize in the production of screen-printed and embroidered products, and procurement of imprinted promotional products. We are most interested in the promotion of your corporate image, name recognition, enhancing brand awareness, product/service advertising; and supporting employee and customer appreciation programs and public events.
The embroidery process begins with an idea or piece of artwork. That artwork then has to be "digitized" which is the specialized process of converting two dimensional artwork into stitches or threads. The digitizing computer software will allow numerous machines to embroider (stitch) the artwork/design/logo repetitively onto the various garments.
Screen Printing is as much an art as it is a skill. Creativity and experience weigh heavily into the ultimate quality your design will obtain. Our 30+ years of experience and a broad range of applications will provide insight and quality to the image you are attempting to create. Our team works hard to make sure your art or logo looks the best that it can.
Generally you can plan on two to three weeks from order to ship date. This interval requires receipt of your approval for the logo sew out with the apparel order. Please note that factory loads do vary and schedules may be longer. Thus, we recommend that you submit your order and approved logo design(s) sooner rather than later.

Horrible prices, they charge $75 to digitize a design when it costs around $10 for the same work from a third party. They’re response times are horrible, you’ll have to call if you want a response to your email. Any small business will be flabbergasted by their prices for embroidery they tried to charge me under $20 for a 2” design. Be aware, horrible place

These folks are absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I brought them my favorite jacket (teal and velvet) for some embroidery work, and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. They were extremely helpful in helping me select the right color, and after reviewing several choices, I asked for their suggestion and they recommended a hot pink. A little nervous at first on whether it would clash or not, but I went with their recommendation and I’m so thrilled that I did. I love how the color pops, the stitching is absolutely beautiful and I get compliments

Worked with HeadGear Plus for 3 or so years now and I must say that they are a pleasure to work with! They have provided our logo embroider on products that I have supplied which includes jackets, rain jackets, and hoodies. Easy to work with especially on re-orders, good pricing, good communication, good turn around time.

...hate to write this, but I feel that those in Petaluma need to know about Headgear Plus - the business we used to use for all our t-shirt, hat, sweats, etc..... Its just sad. We were a client for just under 10 years and have spent just over $20,000 with them....and in the spam of a week, they've lost our business. If you know anybody in Petaluma who either has used, will use or could use them, please pass along lest they be warned.
There was no cause, concern or care for a longtime client on their part. The screens were mismanaged, the quotes were all over the board, the billing was wrong
