There are very few companies who can be relied on to go the extra mile every time. Nuvolum is definitely one of them. I have been working with Nuvolum now for almost three years. The work that they do for my practice is invaluable. There just isn't time to be a surgeon, a business owner, and also have to worry about the internet, social media and all the things that come with it. Their most valuable service they perform, in my opinion, is that they call and follow up with all of your patients. It's a win-win for the surgeon, the patient, and the business. Nuvolum is a one of a kind marketing company! So on top of every little detail and always a quick phone call or email away for help with the next step. Our practice just started with them in March and we've already tackled so much. Just putting things into motion now. Trevor is our team leader and he is awesome! We just finished the team building DISC workshop with Janeé and she rocked too! The workshop was just what our team needed to have a fun connection activity right before summer starts! To begin with, I really thought Michelle and Jeff were wonderful with handling our filming. Not only were they professional but they were so friendly. They made being in front of the camera much easier.
I would also like to thank Kate for the electrified presentation of the review process for our patients. It was so much fun and we totally embraced her ideas and energy. We have worked with other companies in the past that seemed to let our time with them slip away...rarely any contact with us to update us on how everything was coming along, or scheduling time to discuss our status.
