You are homebound or normally unable to leave home unassisted; requiring considerable and taxing effort. For other insurances not listed above, please provide us with the insurance information and our coordinators will initiate the inquiry process to obtain authorization.

Disregard reviews that even hint of unprofessionalism at Royal Majesty Home Care. My elderly uncle has been under the care of Royal Majesty Home Care for over a year and I have met 2 of the nurses. Both were VERY Professional! Evelyn is caring for him now and she is very professional and caring. She gone above and beyond her standard duties on multiple occasions! Right now Long Beach is a hot-bed for COVID-19 and after he was in the hospital she does not hesitate to continue his care. Evelyn is an Angel! This place was referred by Dr. CLARK IN LONG BEACH AFTER MY MOTHER WAS TAKEN OFF HOSPISE CARE BY MEDICARE. MY MOTHER IS 88 YEARS OLD and I am 65 years old and her caregiver and her daughter...a nurse came today to do an assessment of my Mom for home care services...when nurse came in I told her to wash her hands wish she did for approximately 2 seconds as I watched her...I then told her to repeat her handwashing for 20 seconds as this is what is required since there is a pandemic going on and you are a Nurse!!! I read all the negative reviews on this place and the unprofessionalism that the staff is known to display and thought, it couldn't be that bad.. WELL IT IS !!! My grandmother was scheduled to be seen by a young lady named Teresa at 6:00pm and arrangements were made within our family to make sure and be available. 6 came and went. NOT even a phone call to confirm or follow up was made. OUR FAMILY had to reach out to this Teresa to find out what happened. Her response was less than Professional!! YOU DO NOT WANT THIS KIND OF UNPROFESSIONALISM BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE AND ULTIMATELY

These nurses are unprofessional,rude,and very ruff with their patients... My mom came home with a wound vac that needs to be changed 3 times a week and do to nurses lying.my mother still hasn’t had her wound changed they left us with the mess of calling doctors,insurance trying to get someone to come out and take care of my mom. They terminated her case without a heads up and are still charging our insurance like if they are coming out this is sick that a company can do this to a patient that is ill please do not deal with this company if u have a loved one or friend or if ur insurance refers
