The plumber that came out to do the estimate was very pleasant and very honest , even to the point where they will tell you when expensive service isn't needed which is rare to find these days , although I didn't end up using their service I definitely will if something happens outside of my skill set given their honesty and pleasant demeanor

These guys did a great job fixing an emergency leak in my pipes and installed a new toilet as well! Punctual, friendly and dependable!

Had a tankless water heater installed and when I called they made a quick appointment and everyone at the office was extremely helpful and even helped me get my rebate paperwork in. The technician knew what he was doing and made the installation quickly. Well run plumbing company.

I noticed your concern and reply to my review, but it was 100% your company, it was a white truck that said verdugo plumbing on side of the truck, sorry that rather than deal with the problem u deflect, you should talk to the person who who came out, short guy around mid to late fifties, I think it is your industry, when to gas company came out to inspect the job and test, they did not name your company that said for the most part it is the just the industry, and should always get 4 est,

I called them today for leaking around the toilet, and was thrilled that they were able to come so quickly this afternoon. Mike was very professional, extremely helpful and informative. He wore a mask the entire time, left my home clean, and gave me a plan for other upgrades I might want to consider in the future. I was very happy with how fast he was able to make the repairs and felt that the price was a good value. I would definitely call them again!

Great Service! Called and within hours I had someone taking a look at the problem in my kitchen sink. Had my problem fixed same day and the plumber came prepared and left no leaks! Super Happy! I called Verdugo Plumbing to install my shop sink, they are really nice, ontime and Professional people. Emil is a really nice guy, i highly recommend to everyone if they need anything to be fixed or replaced, thank you guys

They quoted $75 for a drain clearance. When they showed up and fixed it, they charged $220 because they said it was a more difficult clog and didn't have a clean out access to the fixture. FWIW they were not better or worse than most plumbers. I feel like most plumbers kind of do the same thing to some degree so was expecting something like this but was a little surprised at how much more they ultimately ended up charging.

Aside from that they were pretty good overall. The customer derive was good and the owner Emil was friendly.

They were referred to me by our neighbor. They texted back promptly and came out the same day to replace our water heater. Quick, clean, efficient. Emil is great to speak to, very knowledgeable and gave us a great price. Looking to add more space at our place soon, we'll definitely be calling calling them for that project! Thanks VP!

Found our new "Go to" Plumbing company. At no charge Emil came out and located a gas leak for us after the gas company had turned off our gas. Very honest and straight to the point. He gave us pricing and details as to what needed to be done. Will be recommending this company to anyone in need of a plumber.
