I believe it was Zach who came out to fix our home warranty issue. I'm a realtor and work with vendors all the time, and this guy just won my business they will now be my first call for all of my clients as well because the work and service were EXCELLENT. I can't stress enough how hard it is to find vendors who figure things out quickly and nicely but that was Zach. Showed up late at night to do the work too. Give these guys your business, they earned mine.

My temperamental toilet had a really, REALLY bad clog and backup. To say it was gross and disgusting is being polite. I have a home warranty, and the company sent Rooter Guy out. The technician, Zack, wore a mask and protective booties and let me know he had been vaccinated before I could even ask. Zack must have spent an hour getting the toilet unclogged--he was absolutely determined. Not only did Zack get the toilet working again, but when he called me in to show me, he had also cleaned the toilet for me so it was once again white and shiny. I was expecting to have to do that myself afterward

Zack was able to get us taken care of on a Saturday morning when our water had to be shut off the night before due to a leak under the house. He really went that extra mile for us and was able to get everything fixed in a very fast time frame. Thank you Zack you even taught my husband a new trick when shutting the main off to the house.

These guys sure try! Called Joe about a new plumbing issue here with a shower/toilet slow draining problem Joe scheduled us for the next day and were thrilled when he called back and said plumber Mike would be right over. Mike and his assistant John arrived and got to work tying to clear clog. Unfortunately this time the drain won and we need to more assistance with drain. They did discount the usual $375 fee since a toilet had to be removed to $250. Hopefully we can get this fixed soon

Love these guys- friendly and straight talkers. Didn't try to overcharge me to fix the roots in my main line. They finished the job in 1 day and I can't even tell they dug up the driveway. They can also be reached 24hrs which is a major plus. They will be my first call if I have ANY plumbing issues.

In September 2020, Rooter Guy Plumbing provided the most cost-effective and best plumbing service imagineable (water heater replacement, snaked pipes, camera, replaced sewer/drain lines under house and installed cleanouts).
1st Emil explained and communicated every step of the way all issues and recommended solutions - best customer service possible.
