This class has been the best confidence builder for my daughter. She struggled with being bullied because she’s a tall and bigger girl than her peers. She used to cry about being tall. She’s been enrolled for about 6 months now. She tried all the classes and decided she loves boxing the most. Her trainer is the best & connects with all the younger kids. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I started a week ago and this place is addictive. The Boxing and Muay Thai instructors are really cool dudes! The environment is incredible, positive, and focused on meeting your needs. Great for the person looking to learn how to fight like a professional and develop a healthy lifestyle. I was incredibly nervous the first day I went but I am more than glad I signed up!

I signed up for a year of boxing. I went from weighing 190 lbs to 160 lbs. I was wearing a 36" waist and am now wearing a 30" waist. I have Top Level and changing my diet to thank for that. If you go at least 3 times a week, you will be in great shape in no time. The more you go, the easier it gets.
My only advice is listen to Ian. He is the trainer/instructor and knows what he is doing. I wouldn't listen to anyone else. Don't feel pressured to get in the ring or spar. Do that when you feel comfortable and only when Ian is able to watch and coach.

Joined and attend classes here for 3 yrs. The people are great and Ian is a very patient and low key coach. I'm was a little older than most of the students(I'm in my 40's some are in their late teens early 20's), but that didn't matter at all, once you're on the mat everyone is learning and helpful. I started out at somewhere north of 250 when I left I was 195, it is a great workout. Be prepared to leave exhausted, but excited about all that you learn.

I cannot wait to join this gym for my Christmas present! I went in for a tour and the place is surprisingly very clean with good equipment (since this seems to be a family owned gym and not big corp I was not expecting much). They have treadmills and cardio equip and weights and many other gym equipment that the members can use. The ring is very nice and when I went the members seemed to get along, were in great shape, and were having fun. The owner (who also trains you I believe) is one awesome man. He has an amazing sense of humor, loves life, and seems like he actually takes it in his heart
