A weapon is a force multiplier and extension of the wielder's body. A humble staff is transformed into a substantial advantage when in the hands of a well trained practitioner. Modern weapons like the rifle will never be replaced of course but traditional weapons like the staff are simple and effective.
Your child's day begins when picked up from school by one of our qualified drivers in one of our safe fleet vehicles. Students are then given homework help in our classroom supervised by a real school teacher. Healthy snacks are also provided at this time. Next up is martial arts class. Parents may choose to have their child participate in Early Kid Class 4:45-5:45pm or Late Kid Class 6-7pm.
All children deserve our Master level instruction with our caring teachers. Grand Master Min Choi is a 9th degree black belt and for more than 50 years, he has inspired confidence in thousands of children. All children deserve Master Level Instruction with our caring teachers. Grand Master Min Choi takes pride in personally teaching the kid classes. He doesn't pass this responsibility off on an underqualified student like many other martial arts schools do. Grand Master Choi believes child classes need the best instruction possible because they are the future of our art.

Since May 2021, we've been working hard building up our technique and strengthening our mindset, all thanks to this family centered dojo and attentive masters. My daughter's self-esteem has grown in a positive direction and we've made friends along the way. This has been a great adventure for our family and we are looking forward to how our journey plays out as a student with Choi Martial Arts Academy. You can guarantee the master's are attentive to their students and share a deep respect for the art. You will learn. You will work hard. You will fall but they will be there to lend a hand every

My grandson is a student there and has been there for four years. He is doing well and has learned a lot. This is a great program. He has also benefitted from the afterschool program and with the discipline, love and skills learned, he is a red striped belt, a straight A student in the seventh grade, and a well mannered young man.

Master Choi, GrandMaster Choi and Master An are amazing with Jackson, Simon and the other kids. This was their first summer camp and they loved it and their dad, stepmom and I are very proud to have them part of such a great group of kids and a great group of mentors. Thank you for everything you've done for them this summer and during class. They love, and we love, having them part of the Choi Martial Arts Academy. One of the best decisions we've made for them. Thank you.

We absolutely love the Choi family. Our kids went here for summer camp and they loved it. It’s so awesome that they take them out on field trips to parks, trails, the library etc. and that is he kids get to relax and play games too. My kids really enjoyed ending their day with a martial arts class and the instructors are so great. Thank you Choi family for giving my kids an awesome summer!

Choi Martial Arts Academy is absolutely excellent. The instructors are empathic and focused. The care used in both challenging their students while positively reinforcing growth is impressive. It is obvious that the training model incorporates both high level skill development and opportunities to learn life lessons such as frustration tolerance, compassion, patience, focus, and respect. Instructors are extremely well educated in not only the intricacies of Taekwondo but also in child development and the art of teaching all ages. Our family is honored to train with this academy.

Choi Martial Arts Academy is such a special place. The staff is amazing. My daughter is hearing impaired and on the autism spectrum; the Choi staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate her. The skills she learns at Choi help her in so many different areas in her life. Her concentration levels have improved, she is more physically fit and she has an appreciation for hard work. The afterschool program is a bargain. The Choi family is very sweet and we plan on our daughter attending their academy for many years.
