Just don't
They came and offered an appointment for a quote. Then they cancelled the appointment when they found out my husband wouldn't be there. After rescheduling, they didn't show up. They called and apologized and rescheduled. They then came and measured and still refused to give me a quote without my husband because they didn't want to "play telephone." I'm the homeowner and and funding the project myself; my husband has nothing to do with it. Do they want to call my dad too?

Over a year ago I had a gentleman from this company stop at me door 1 year ago to ask about my roof. He said they are triple A rated with the BBB and recommended by Angie's list. I was coached to tell to who comes out that I am the primary decision maker (which I am). Then I was given his phone to talk to his scheduler and confirm my information. When I got back to my desk to look at reviews of this company I found terrible reviews on Yelp and other sites. On Google you can see they are faking their reviews. At the time there was about 16 reviews all 3 months old, all random names, all 5 stars

I had been putting off doing the work to our house for a long time because I simply didn't feel like I had the time or the money to complete the work but I knew I needed a roof bad and the paint was embarrassing compared to the other nice houses on our block so I was home and someone from Premier came and set an appointment with us. They were prompt, professional, answered all our questions and offered several financial options that made the roof and paint a possibility. I never felt pressured at all because they made me feel comfortable doing business with them. Beyond bias reviews I did

A Premier Roofing sales representative approached me in front of my house and offered to have someone come give me a quote for a new roof. I had a similar incident over a year ago but did not remember the name of the company. After that inspection, I was told that he could not give me a quote without my wife being present. So, I asked the sales person if that was the case with Primer. He said it was absolutely not and a rule like that would not make any sense. After getting assurance from the Premier employee that situation would not happen this time, I set the appointment for a roof inspection

Someone approached me outside my house. I needed work done so I set up a time to get a quote. After 6 hours, I was finally given a verbal quote that was really expensive! They came down from $55k to 44k. When I said that was still too expensive, he came down to $26k. Clearly they were trying to rip me off. I was told if I didn't take it, that quote would disappear. I politely declined and asked for a written quote and he said he would email it. It still hasn't arrived 2 weeks later. I think this is a scam business run off commissions. Stay away!
