Services
Anaheim Healthcare Center is a 250-bed skilled nursing facility located in Anaheim, California. Are you or a loved one about to be discharged from the hospital but are not yet well enough to go home? Are additional nursing and rehabilitation care and support needed around the clock? If so, our experienced staff can help.
Our experienced therapy team is committed to providing superior physical, occupational and speech therapy in an environment conducive to healing. We provide individualized 24-hour skilled care and rehabilitation services in a comfortable and family-friendly environment. We recognize the unique needs of our patients and provide a secure environment to meet both their social and clinical needs while still promoting independence.
You've got questions. We've got answers. We suggest using the common areas of the facility to meet with your loved one. If it is not possible to visit in one of the common areas, we suggest a limit of two to three people in a resident room at one time. You may reserve the use of the dining room for any special event (birthday, holidays, meals) in advance with the Activities Department.

My mom, a 90 year old great grandmother, who would still be an elementary school librarian if not for severe mobility issues and walking difficulties, entered this death trap in 2017 after repeated devastating falls at home. After 4 1/2 years of never being sick, even contracting Covid and having antibodies but no symptoms, she suddenly became sick at the end of august of 2021, and although repeated attempts by her to tell them she was sick, sweating through her nightgowns, severe nausea, back and stomach pain, she was ignored. They gave her Tums and a pill for reflux! I even told the facility

ACTIONS ALWAYS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS. BEING TO LAZY TO ANSWER A PHONE REFLECTS THEY'RE LIKELY TO LAZY TO ANSWER A CALL BUTTON FOR RESIDENTS. I called this place today looking for a resident/patient. The initial phone call rang in excess of 20 times, as I lost count. Person who finally picked up said they didn't see the name, but will check. I was put back on hold with the phone ringing 12 more times, stopping, and continuing to ring 9 more times. Someone eventually picked up and said; HOLD ON SHE MIGHT BE AT ANOTHER STATION then immediately put me back on hold with music playing. (Up to this

Not impressed with how AHC follows up and keeps me informed on my mom's status and any health or behavioral changes. I live out of state and although she was recently hospitalized no one from the facility let me know. Sadly, this is not the first time its happened. The business office and Social Worker - Maruja should receive "zero" stars.

My husband was in this place from January 7th to January 27th.
This facility has no good place for a patient at all.
Nurses never come to the phone. Receptionist answer the call. That's it. If someone answered the phone they always say"Nurses are busy".
Finally I found why they are busy. They fill the forms for patients. I got my husband's medical records.I paid $62.75 for medical records. They have filed everything for my husband. But never asked any questions from my husband. They do only paper work for the whole day.
I took home made food for my husband for all 3 meals. He like warm. So

They are very professional and caring. Everything is done so all departments, the nurses and the medical director are constantly kept aware of my progress. Most of all, the teamwork between staff is maintained. And they all care about me as an individual.

I had an amazing experience here when my mom needed therapy after her surgery. The staff was attentive and answered any questions I had. My mom was comfortable and did not have any complaints during her stay. The therapy team was enthusiastic and did a good job of motivating my mom. I would recommend this facility to anyone!
