Tracey Black's customer service is excellent. She got me a lower rate on my car & renters insurance a couple years ago. I called her from a car dealer this summer to get insurance switched to newer car. She took care of it immediately. So helpful. If she doesn't have the answer to a question when I call, she gets back to me in a timely manner. Highly recommend Tracey & the Hockley & O'Donnell Agency!

We moved back to the area 5 years ago after a long absence. After "vetting" several recommendations for an insurance agency, we decided to go with Hockley & O'Donnell (Tracey Black is our agent) We have car, homeowners and umbrella policies with the firm. We have been well treated by Tracy; answers to questions, sound recommendations. A minor claim or two was handled quickly and easily. You would do well to consider them for your insurance needs.
