When my auto insurance agent retired, Lyle Pitner seamlessly took over his duties. So when the time came that I needed general liability insurance for my business, I contacted Lyle, along with several other agents representing different companies. I ultimately settled on Lyle to handle my business insurance because of his responsiveness, professionalism and thoroughness.
Mostly, I chose Lyle because he did not come across as pushy, and he was not aggressively trying to sell me 'add-ons' that I did not need or want. This was not the case with some of the other agents who responded to my requests

Recently I had called to explore the possibilities of life insurance, I was quoted by another agent for 1 plan that I was told I was only eligible for. When I talked to Ms Cindy I found out that there is in fact other options. I was impressed with the honesty and professionalism . Being an honest agent has sold me to do more business with this location.

We recently switched our State Farm office to here. We've had nothing but a positive experience with Emali and Lyle, unlike the previous office we went through. I came from USAA to State Farm. What a great experience it has been. Lyle has truly been a god send! Even (or especially) through COVID, Lyle and team really worked with us and have truly been so good to us. We are truly glad we made the transition to State Farm! If you are thinking about it, I promise, you will fall in love with the customer service and the small town feel! Don't think twice!

My family and I are moving from MD to PA and our MD State Farm Insurance agent referred us to Lyle Pitner. We are tremendously grateful for that referral. Lyle and Natasha have been extremely helpful and are very knowledgeable. They are both pleasant, polite, professional and witty. They have made the transfer of our home and auto insurance from MD to PA easy. Considering everything else we have to take care of regarding a move - transferring our insurance was one thing that we did not have to worry about once we contacted Lyle.
