I adore the staff and service here. I adopted my two rescues and brought them straight here, and have always been seen quickly, and given thorough information. And they really LOVE their animal patients! My girls get as much adoration as I give them at home. It's a special office, bring your fur babies confidently.

Against my better judgement, I gave this place a 2nd chance by taking my moms bird here as this was one of the only places in town that saw birds. I would NEVER recommend for dogs. The bird vet was amazing it's the auxiliary staff that worries me. I would never recommend this place to anyone. First, last year they made me wait outside with my German Shepherd for 20 minutes as he was bleeding profusely through his nose. After 30 minutes they said to take him to the Canejo ER vet down the street as he may need a blood transfusion.... Would have been preventable if they would have told me that when

When it comes to your pets you would do anything to help them...they become family members. Well if you are going to go into this field then learn to have some empathy and manners. This place would get a zero from me. The rudest condescending people including the doctors unfortunately. Our dog got diagnosed with a rare condition and trying to get any help as to what we need to do or who we need to call for specialist was daunting. Nobody wanted to help us one girl even hung up on me. Then felt bad and called me back what kind of a business is this. Keep your pets alive and stay away from this place

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
My GSD was hit by a car, I rushed him over to there and they were attentive, careful, and caring. The veterinarian went over all the tests , x rays, etc patiently and professionally with me and the whole staff was caring and thorough . I’ll be bringing him back regularly as well as all my pets from now on. Thank you!!

Each time I come here with my 13yr old American Bully, Thelma Sweetheart, I always feel looked after. I love my best friend with my whole heart and it makes me happy that my vet and vet techs want to care for her as much as I do.
I have come here twice for regular appointments and once for an emergency bee sting (she was fine!).
Thank you for taking care of us. I have recommended to a friend, who came here for an appointment, and she was happy as well.

Not a single angel aboard this practice, if you can even call it that. Negligence running rampant. Bedside manner, none. No test results provided, no blood tests, no scans, no return phone calls, blanketed chaos and sinister, deadly malpractice.
Run with your animal speedily in the opposite direction.

Our family would like to express our deep appreciation for the loving care provided by Veterinary Angels Medical Center for our senior dog, Sidney. Throughout her treatment, the Veterinarian and the entire staff was always professional, kind, compassionate, and very competent. Although, we eventually made the decision to euthanize her because of her condition, we could not have had a more meaningful, gentle, and serene experience. Dr. Cola is a great vet and communicator. As the owner of a senior rescue dog (who is tough to get things covered via pet insurance due to an endless looking at of pre-existing conditions), I appreciate that they are in the Pet Assure network that gives me some help with expenses. Their front desk folks are easy to work with and very responsive. This is a quality and compassionate clinic all the way around.

Dr. Archie assessed my bunny's health issue(s) in an incredibly personalized, caring and informative manner, not only saving my bunny's life, but giving me education about the issues, and answering my questions so that I have a fuller understanding of things to look out for as my sweet bunny continues to age and have things come up. The office and techs here have such a nice energy, and I am incredibly grateful for their understanding and accommodating emergency appointments for rabbits, who don't have the time to be "seen next week." Veterinary angels are amazing the doctor and the texts are all great of course my dog never likes going to the vet she's getting her puppy shots but they make it as pleasant as possible and I trust them which is most important they have a Friday special for vaccines where the vaccines are a little bit cheaper then they normally would be which is always nice I always try to schedule on a Friday

Debated posting this but I can't let other pet owners go through what I did: clinic is clearly overbooked, with over worker staff and my cat suffered as a result. Our appt time was 4:40, we didn't get seen until nearly 6:30. My cat had a cough and some Abnormal litter box issues. Ran a blood test, urine test (300$) I paid right then and there and ofc heard nothing for almost a week. My cat had a UTI the whole time that I didn't know about because as they put it "dropped the ball" by not calling me back with her results for over 7 days. The magic combo to get the test results

Our dog had an ear infection and UTI - we ended up with Dr. Archie because the other owner in the waiting room started arguing with the desk that she refused to see Dr. Archie after some previous unpleasantness.
I wouldn't call Dr. Archie unpleasant but she reminded me more of a bus driver than a vet - she's kinda sassy and hip but keep your lip zipped and let her do her thing - also very irritating was not only the hour wait, but after the 5 minute exam (of a UTI mind you) she kept referring to our female dog as "he"

WASTED $400+ HERE: Took my rabbit in for an emergency visit based on incontinence. I got there before they opened so my bunny was the first one to be dropped off, yet last one to leave, they forgot to call me or give me any sort of update throughout the day. If I didn't call and ask, I wouldn't have received any updates! They're completely not on the same page here and it shows.
He was sent home with not enough medication, had to return & make another hour trip back to pick up the rest of the days 3 days after. Picking him up was so stressful and inefficient. I waited outside

First and foremost I want to thank my friend Diana Jones for referring me to this amazing place. One of the hardest things to do is to put a beloved cat, dog or whatever else you have down. They are your family. July 31st was that day for my husband and I. I cannot thank enough Tamzin, Dr. Archie ( who I kept calling Dr. Archer.. I was thinking of Artemis for some reason.. lol) and the rest of the staff who were so very kind, sensitive and empathetic when Stinky was put to sleep.
