I never really praise people, not my style, but I have to make an exception here. I came in the office this morning after a frantic call to Renee yesterday with the premonition that I would be leaving with 2 less teeth that I had cracked. She got me in immediately the next morning. You, Dr. Pilatich, goes without saying in my opinion, are the best in your field and I thank a friend for introducing me to your office.

Response to office staff:
- you informed me my x-rays from 2019&2018 were valid (under 3 yrs)
- I sat in chair wait ing for 45 mins while they looked for my xreays in vain. I informed the receptionist I forgot to take my blood pressure meds + was not feeling well and needed to reschedule. When I called back..you would not give me another appointment.
-ty for sending me back my xrays. I did not curse.
...it's hard these days.. remember who ur client is... There are a lot of bad dentist s out there.....

Oh my, how did you take my review off? That’s poor. OK so I’ll tell it again the catskill dental clinic ripped me off by charging me $240 for first time visit including the cleaning. While they were cleaning a piece of my tooth chipped off and they were going to charge me another $195 to fix it ! I couldn’t afford a $500 bill for what was to me a cleaning, so I left my chippef tooth as is (and it’s getting worse) so thanks a lot Dr Joe. You never actually called me back or explained to me or even try to work with me on it ... very, very disappointing
